Beware of scams
- We will never call, text or email you asking for your full card number, PIN, password or one-time code.
- Caller ID can be faked to look like our number. If a call feels off, hang up and call us at (719) 392-8439.
- Never send money or gift cards to someone you have only spoken to online or by phone.
- Check your account often through online banking and report anything unfamiliar right away.
If your card is lost or used without permission

Call us at (719) 392-8439 as soon as you notice the charge.

Block your card in the SecurLOCK Equip app or ask us to block it.

Complete the Visa Debit Card Dispute form and return it to the credit union.

We'll investigate and keep you updated through the process.
